Become a Mystery Shopper in the Middle East

A Mystery Shopper is an individual trained to experience and measure any customer service process. This is achieved by acting as a potential customer and making an evaluation on whether the service has been delivered in a manner that reflects both company customer service standards and procedures. The role of a shopper is vital to the success of our partnerships with our clients and to the quality of services we provide. The term used to define the activities of a shopper is ‘Mystery Shopping’.

Whilst you do not require specific qualifications to become a Mystery Shopper, we would look for the following qualities in applicants. Previous experience of working within a customer service environment would obviously be advantageous.

Mystery Shopping Process

Once a Mystery Shopper completes a visit, they are required to input their results into our online software tool, which contains the relevant questionnaire assigned to the job, leading to a creation of a report. The report is then accessible to the concerned organisation, providing them with the ability to understand how their business is performing through the eyes of the customer. Our unique proposition to our clients is: collecting, interpreting and presenting data within 24 hours of the Mystery Shoppers visit, resulting in readily actionable information.

Mystery Shoppers earn Extra Cash

For most mystery shopping jobs Ethos give you advance notice how much you will be paid, rates may vary if we need people with specific attributes such as professional expertise. We will also tell you how much we will pay for travel and any spending limits which apply. If you are able to make a purchase and the goods would be something you would normally buy anyway, you may be able to keep the goods in lieu of payment. If the goods need to be returned, we will advise you on how this process should be handled.
