Customer Service in Travel Services Industry

Ethos Consultancy have worked with Arabian Travel News on mystery shopping travel agencies in the UAE. Each month ATN and Ethos choose four different travel agencies or companies to mystery shop and find out how satisfied customers are. The purpose of this exercise establish the standard of customer service and sales execution performance across the UAE. Ethos report their monthly findings as well as provide some insight and recommendations relating to areas which need improvement.
